Rock climbing went ahead with a small group of us and was a good laugh. Thinking of going again soon!

Elastic Fantastic!
We've shot Ashley in the head 4 times with elastic bands (he suggested it instead of in the bollocks as Tony suggested) so that he could have a different monitor, NOT TO KEEP, just for work!
I've got a video clip of the last 3 on my computer, and a clip of the last on my phone! It's brilliant!

Hola again
Once again, i´m blogging from Lanzarote and once again, Sarah is sat next to me as i write this (we´re on our way out for dinner). The only difference is that this time, Sarah looks oh so slightly more like a tomato than she did just yesterday. She´s burnt her face (i burnt my shoulders very slightly) but it was all worth it cos we spent the day in the aquapark in Costa Teguise.
Found a nice little restaurant that we might be going to tonight (Le Prevonce) although i don´t hold much hope for it being quite as nice as Lani´s (although as a bit of a food critic / fat bastard I´m willing to give it a go and i´ll probably let you know)
Anyway, with 2 minutes left to blog and post i feel at this point i should give a shout out to Greg, Dean and Paul as they are the only people that read this other than myself and Sarah. I should also say have fun at swimming to Ant (and Tim?) on the off chance they read it ever and finally a shout out to all the football people cos i´m missing another one!

Yes, that´s right, i´m blogging from another country and quite frankly, i like it!
This is one of w0f´s dreams but i´ve beaten him to it!
The keyboard is a little weird and i can´t find any of the characters, in fact, if i had more time on the machine i´d probably have tried to change the language settings!
Anyway, only a few more minutes left so i´ll just say...
Weather is nice, food is good!! Lani´s - the best restaurant ever, company great and everyone is topless! FANTASTIC! gotta send this now.
