It's been far too long since I’ve blogged and now its here, once again, a small section of my mind written down for you to read and think that you are actually getting to know me. Are you getting to know me? No, you are just my keyboard.

I have been a little lazy with the exercise recently, and the eating isn't going greatly either (it's another cake day in work (Happy Birthday Mike)). But yesterday, just before rushing out to get the food for another house meal, I managed to get through 2/3 of my normal exercise routine and got a bit of a sweat up.

What did we have for food? Well, no gravy that's for sure!! But it was still all good. Steak, potato wedges, corn on the cob and onion rings. What a nice meal, it rocked and quite frankly, I want it again - SOON! What was for desert? Well, Belgian waffles, ice cream and banoffee sauce! AMAZING!

My bike is still broken as I described in the g0dz forum:

I got the bike on Thursday, out on it on Friday and then again on Monday... although Monday, i had to walk it back to Roath from just past Corriton... Why? Well, my hanger bent (could have been from where I fell off, I’m not sure) this pulled the rear-mech into the wheel and the wheel came off. The rear disk break was also bent (again... maybe a hit when I fell off?) and so I’m left needing: A hanger A rear-mech and; A disk I rang up who I bought it from and told them the situation, they are sending me a hanger and replacing the bent disk for free (I'd only had it for 3 days I explained!!!) and I’m buying a deore rear mech from them for £20. Then I’m going to talk to good ol' w0f and as soon as I can drag him to my house, he will fix it and I will smile

I'm going to ring them up soon and ask them how much longer I have to wait before I can ask my brother to fix it for me. In fact, I’m going to end my post, do some work, and ring the soon - and this plan starts NOW!
