Last Friday was the first of the days I didn't get to do any exercise. Instead, i went to the pub after work with Ali, Fiona, Locke-E and Tony.
Saturday, i also didn't do any exercise - was busy playing drums most of the day and spending some time with my family.
Sunday - went to work in Sainsburys (was late), more drumming, washing, ironing, exercise and of course, the quiz!
Last night, went to a bike shop with Dean and Paul for Dean to buy his new bike, more exercise, then home to take my brother a computer (his had just blown up) and then over to talk to Sarah.
Today, I have eaten Salad, i didn't really like it, but it was time to start eating healthy.
Every one i work with is an arse: Matt, Tony, Mike and especially Ash! - Yes, that's the mention you get, now stfu!
Anyway, another 'self centered' post, all about me! but then it is my blog and if you don't like it, don't read it!
I'm really trying to post a little more regularly, failing at the moment, but still trying!
Tooth hurts, i've booked an appointment on Monday and apparently i have to pay for it as it's been over the certain amount of time that the NHS gives but doesn't tell anyone about before they will no longer support you.
I'm off now to annoy these people. Laters!
