Well, what's been going on?

I've got problems with my teeth and as i haven't been to the dentist since June 2003, i have to pay privately for the work - £250! I'm not happy about that!

Got my 5.25" caddy - so that's a good thing.

the hard disk i bought is broken - i have a returns number, but it's still a pain in the arse.

I've kinda fallen off the wagon food wise and have had some chocolate but i also had a great cooked dinner with the lads last night and it was lovely even if i did mess up Dean's gravy a bit. Sorry!

didn't do any exercise yesterday, but today i have played football in work, and done weights and sit-ups since getting home.

Errr.. anything else i can think of?

Oh - i got strawberry's and cream and i can't eat cream cos it goes against the good health work i'm doing, but then nobody wants to lick it off my chunky body (If you do, then get back to me in the next 10 mins via the email link at the top), i'll probably end up binning it. :/ Never mind!
