Well, what a brilliant night last night was with the lads for Paul's Birthday and can i also say a big i told you so to all the people that doubted the hat - The hat was well received by all in metros/swetros by all the strange people!

Men and women alike came up to me with the things to say; Nice Hat, Where did you get that? Can i have a go of your hat? etc. SO a few times I said yes, and took pictures of them (well why the hell not? that's what i say!) There were also people just taking it and putting it on themselves and 2 girls who double teamed me and asked me "how dirty they had to be for me to give them the hat?" NO WAY LUV! YOU'RE NOT 'AVIN' MY 'AT! - GET YOUR OWN OFF EBAY! is a little like my answer and as a result I've been told that I'm a gay for not conforming to the guy code as told to me by Ashley Mario Dukes where one of the rules was to:

"always promote lesbianism when in the safety of a nightclub"

Daryl seemed to be the person in our group who most liked the hat, although, i think that Jen (who'd blog is very good and is linked on the left) also was a fan of me ol' top hat and a close second.

I went to sleep at about 4:30 this morning and up again at 8:30 (it was supposed to be 8:00 but I slept in (oops). Thankfully, i am now on 9:00-5:30's in work swapping my old earlier shift with Dukesy. It has worked out well this week, with the extra hour of sleep keeping me alive and the fact that after work today is a SCW quiz so at 5:30 i can go straight from here and answer just as few questions as i do when quizzing with Greg, Paul, Joe, Jen, Dale and Clare. Although, at this one there will be a Mr and Mrs competition (this is all on Dukesy's site - you should read that if you are interested) where Ashley and I will be a Mr and Mr (his favouurite colour is blue, favourite actress is Drew Barrymore and he had a hamster called Doink) This doesn't not mean I am gay, it simply means it'll be funny and that's worth taking the piss outta yourself a little bit.

I wont get to do my weights or situps before football, and i still haven't done my part of the cleaning for the house but I am playing football toninght so that should keep me fit, i'll do the cleaning tomorrow and back on to the exercise again then.

How is that going? - very well thanks for asking! me weights are still pathetically light, but still heavier than they were at the start and i'm on 180 situps a night in groups of 30 with a short rest in between which is a lot better that the 100 in 20's i started with. On the down side though, the healthy eating is proving very difficult. I am definately eating a lot healthier than i used to, but not as healthy as when i started the healthy eating (I still don't really know what is best, what I need etc. Cut the Carbs, Fats, or Callories? Just eat lettuce?! I mean WHAT?!). Matt has had frankfurter sausages microwaved in work all this week and today i bought some, the said sausages are behind me (i'm sat at my desk) in my mini-fridge, I may have one or 2 of them later before the buffet and quiz.

Sorry, it's a long boring one for you to read, but hey, if you're me, then this will bring back all these memories and you'll like it and in short, yeah, that's right.. FUCK YOU! This blog is for me, not for you - don't tell me what i can and can't, should or shouldn't write!! GGGG

Talking of remembering..

Friends: Remember when we went out last year for Paul's birthday (kinda a 2 day thing) and we went to the pub and took the pics on the way home? that was a great night, we should do that (and last night's thing) more often, it's a lot more fun than i used to think it was! Or remeber this? :-

Work: Remember when Ashley shot himself in the face with a bent out paperclip attached to a 'macca' elastic band and he bled and wouldn't let me take a picture? Or when he was elastic band head and then wouldn't let me distribute the video on the net?

Also: Nobody hates you Matt - i am adding this to posts every now and then from now on just so you know that we don't hate you, it's friendly banter, we like to take the piss and wind you up cos you bite so easily!
