
Another quick post cos i'm busy as usual..
Been to work and had a healthy(ish) lunch. Chicken and salad, no butter or dressing, brown bread and asome muller light yoghurt drinks. Now, here comes the ish.. some digestive biscuits.
Anyway, played football at lunch time, and have done weights and situps since coming home. Shower had, was lovely and now i'm off to buy some ham, potato's and more rabbit food type stuff to eat for tea. I really need to know some good suggestions for healthy meals (please email me if you have them - email link at top!)
What i'm trying to say, summed up is.. health kick going well, keeping me occupied but i'm in the house on my own and i'm a people person, i can't stand it, i'm lonely. So now i head to Sainsbury's for dinner, then home for film, and bed ready for another day.
